Why Early AI Adopters Will Win in 2026
And How You Can Still Become One of Them
I’ve been watching something shift over the past year. The people who learned AI early - who took it seriously in 2023 and 2024 - are operating at a completely different level now. They’re faster, more productive, and they’re building things that used to take entire teams. And the gap between them and everyone else is getting wider every month.
If you missed the early window, 2026 is your second chance. And if you’re already using AI but haven’t built real systems around it, this is the year to lock that in before the advantage disappears.
The window is narrowing. There was a moment in 2023 when almost no one understood what AI could actually do. The people who learned it then had a massive head start. By 2024, more people were paying attention, but most were still dabbling or waiting to see what would happen.
Now we’re heading into 2026, and the shift is undeniable. Companies are requiring AI skills in job postings. Freelancers who can’t use AI are losing clients to people who can. Online businesses that aren’t leveraging AI are spending 20+ hours a week on tasks that could take 2 hours. The cost of not learning this is getting higher every quarter.
This is REALITY. And if you’ve been putting this off or telling yourself you’ll figure it out later, later is actually NOW.
The people who learn AI now - before it becomes completely mainstream - will have something so incredibly valuable: positioning. You’ll be the person in your industry who actually knows how to use these tools. People will come to you for advice. And you’ll be ahead of 80% of your peers who are still watching from the sidelines.
That positioning matters for provision. If you can do in 2 hours what takes someone else 10 hours, you create space. Space for family, for rest, for the work God is actually calling you to. Space to actually, finally build something sustainable without burning out.
That positioning matters. And it’s not something you are going to be able to buy it later - you have to earn it by learning what you need to know now.
I see this every day in my own circles. The gap is already really visible. There are people who are creating full courses, writing books, building email sequences, managing multiple income streams…seamlessly and extremely well - and they’re not working 80-hour weeks. They learned how to leverage AI properly, and it’s changed their capacity.
Then there are people who are still doing everything manually, spending hours on tasks that could be automated. They’re overwhelmed, behind, and telling themselves they’ll learn “when they have time.”
The gap between these two groups is massive. And it’s only going to get bigger.
I’m careful about what I promote. I don’t chase trends, I don’t jump on every new tool, and I don’t hype things that don’t deliver. But AI is different. We’re watching a fundamental shift in how work gets done, and it’s happening in real time.
If you’re a creator, entrepreneur, coach, ministry leader, or anyone building something online, learning to use AI responsibly is part of stewarding your time, your resources, and your calling. You can’t ignore this and expect to keep up.
God doesn’t call us to operate in scarcity when provision is available. If there’s a tool that can free up 15 hours of your week so you can focus on what actually matters, using that tool is actually obedience.
You might be reading this thinking you should have learned this already. Maybe you think you are already too far behind. You aren’t. But the window is closing - rapidly. What you need to do right now is TAKE ACTION.
Start January 2026 ahead of most people. Don’t start it the same way you started 2025 - watching other people move forward while you stay stuck on the same old hamster wheel.
The people who will dominate their industries in 2026 won’t get there through talent or big budgets alone. This next year is about learning the systems early and implementing them consistently.
You don’t need to become a tech expert. Understanding how the algorithms work or learning to code isn’t required. What matters is understanding what AI can do, which tools to use for what tasks, and how to build workflows that actually save you time without making everything sound robotic.
That’s what we teach in the AI Revolution Secrets training. The actual systems we use every day to save 10-20 hours a week, create AI clones of ourselves, and build AI-powered income streams that don’t require us to be online 24/7.
The training is free, it’s live, and it’s designed for people who are starting from zero or who’ve been dabbling but haven’t built real systems yet. If you want to start 2026 ahead, this is how you do it.

We’re running this live on January 13th, which gives you two weeks to get ready and show up prepared to actually implement what you learn.
I don’t know how long the early-adopter advantage will last. Maybe another year. Maybe less. What I do know is that the people who are learning this now will have an edge that the people who wait won’t be able to catch. Don’t be the person watching from the sidelines, wishing you’d started earlier.
2026 is when you lock this in.
